Ti-Med - Type II and Type III Titanium Anodizing Type 2 Titanium Anodizing
Ti-Med, titanium anodizing, provides many advantages in medical applications. ECO provides Type II per the SAE-AMS 2488 standard for increased lubricity and fatigue strength as well as Type III color anodizing. Our highly experienced engineers and technical staff can handle the most challenging and difficult anodizing jobs. Implementing innovative masking techniques allow for two different colors, or both Type II and Type III on the same implant. We dedicate ourselves to continually develop processes to anodize difficult titanium alloys like the high strength Ti-15Mo and uncommon materials like Niobium.
